Dr. Blaess and the other therapists at 5th And Olive Psychologists provide individual and couples psychotherapy, and can provide assessment, testing, and evaluation services.

CareerTrak™ is a focused assessment and counseling service designed to clarify career directions and goals.  CareerTrak can be considered an intensive package of services designed to help determine the individual's abilities, interests, and how best to pursue occupational dreams.

Once on that site, be sure to carefully follow the site instructions. You will be asked for a login, password, and userID.

If you are visiting the login page for the first time, just enter the Login and Password.  Be sure to write down the User ID that you will get after completing the inventory. You will need your User ID to go back to the site. 

Once you have logged in, you will see various tests or inventories to complete. Please only do the instruments you have been asked to complete.
